Bordering Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south, this luxurious third-floor retreat offers unparalleled access to the shimmering white shores and turquoise waters of Alabama Point.
We are across the road from San Roc Marina, Louisiana Lagniappe, Steamers, The Gulf restaurant and Alvin’s Island Souvenir Store. The Wharf Amphitheater is 7 miles away. OWA Park is only 13 miles away. We are also nearby several restaurants including Coastal Restaurant, Zekes Landing, Doc’s Seafood and Steaks, Moe’s BBQ, Ruby Slipper Café and The World Famous Florabama. The Hangout Gulf Shores is only 7 miles away. Forget something?? No worries, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Rouses and Publix is just right down the road.
The Space
From the moment you step into Grand Pointe 301, you'll be captivated by its professional decor and spacious layout. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. A wet bar with a stand-alone ice maker and a dining table with seating for six make entertaining a breeze.
Wake up in the master bedroom to breathtaking water views and step out onto the balcony to watch dolphins play and fishing boats pass by as the sun rises. The master suite features a king bed, a double vanity, and a large tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and flat-screen TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. There is additional public access to the third bathroom via the hallway. This is an end unit.

Noise:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Smoking:
No smoking inside the house.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
If approved, a pet fee applies, and pets must be supervised at all times.
Parties/Events:
No parties or events allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible fines.
Parking:
One designated parking spot is provided. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do not block driveways or other vehicles.
Cleanliness:
Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash dishes and clean up spills immediately.
Damage:
Report any damage or issues immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
Safety:
Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers.
Appliances:
Use appliances responsibly.
Do not leave the stove, oven, or other appliances unattended while in use.
Internet:
Wi-Fi is provided for guest use.
Do not engage in illegal activities or download copyrighted material.
Beach/Pool:
Follow all posted rules for beach and pool use.
Rinse off sand before entering the property.
No glass containers in the pool area.
Check-Out Procedures:
Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
Return keys to the designated location.
Dispose of all trash and leave the property in good condition.
Respect:
Treat the property with respect.
Be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
